Shipping Policy

At Ace & Ivy, we ship directly from our workshop in Amsterdam.

Processing time

• Orders are usually dispatched the same business day when placed before 16:00.

• Otherwise, your order will be shipped within 1 business day.

Delivery times

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days

• Belgium & Germany: 2–4 business days

• Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (where available).

Local installation in Amsterdam

Some products can also be installed at our workshop in Amsterdam while you wait. If you'd prefer installation instead of shipping, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
